In that time, she has been honoured to help many people realise the amazing power of exercise.

After spending years being involved in big gyms, Amy realised that sometimes, it’s the more personalised, attention focused workout programs, that a lot of people prefer.

Unlike a big gym, our attention is to the individual.

We have developed a convenient and fun way for time poor people to get a great workout, from the comfort of their own living room, lead by the expert guidance of qualified Personal Trainers.
